A Long Walk...

Some days you just need to go for a long walk in the fresh winter air ...

A peaceful walk with the dog... along the walking track that runs up behind our house ...

Look out at the views ...

Wander down the country lanes...

Gaze up at the pine cones ...

Sometimes as I'm walking along, Jessie and I just don't want to go back home!

Treasured Moment: On the weekend Tom & Ros came to visit to celebrate Tom's 22nd birthday and another friend, Mark's 22nd as well so we had a full house of young people staying over... it was heaps of fun having the house full.

They all went out to the bar for a few drinks and caught a taxi back for a few hours sleep. Gordon and I had fun making Bacon & Egg toasted sandwiches the next morning ... a great hangover cure!

I can hear the Beatles "long and winding road" in the background. What beautiful pictures Jenny. Makes one want to step into the scene. My Murphy would love walking with you and Jessie, for sure!

Jenny, these photos are delightful, and i agree with Penny, makes you want to throw on some joggers and walk down those paths.
Happy Birthday for tomorrow too :)
