This is the card that everyone is talking about at the moment - the Triple Layer Card.
I was excited to try it but didn't know how so I found a video on You Tube

I've added some thread and a button and at the end of the threads I've added some sparkle:
I've used two rhinestones back to back on the end of the thread - cute eh?
