Happy Mother's Day... and a very special Happy Mother's Day to my mum Dorothy... thanks for coming for dinner last night... and for making your lovely shortbread! With all the books you were given for Mother's Day and Birthday you are going to be very busy!!!
And yes, last night's Lamb Roast was yummy... there were 13 of us for tea and Gordon and I were very busy all afternoon, shopping, cutting, chopping, mixing, preparing, microwaving and ovening until it was all ready...I did take some photos but will show you tomorrow.
