The house is quiet... peaceful...
If I am home... I have a chance to do chores....
Today I did loads of chores... but the day started with excitement because DH cooked tea last night AND did the dishes last night so I woke to a clean kitchen!! Yay!
I decided to take Jessica Honey (lovely golden lab) for a walk... this is my new habit which I started again last week... thanks to Michelle at Joy Express for her wonderful challenges. Jessie and I are BOTH benefiting from the daily walk!
So I got an early start on all the usual chores - tidying, dusting, vacuuming, washing, hanging clothes, bringing them in, finishing them off in the dryer because they weren't quite dry, folding - I even managed to put a smile on DD23's face as I did a load for her too... which I don't usually do - she's been doing her own washing since she was about 16!
Anyway, today I decided to add an extra chore - a bucket of weeds! So I went out into the winter sunshine and got my hands dirty... weeding. I'll try for a bucket a day! I'll try....
